Are You Showing Up As a Leader In Your Own Life?
/Spring is a perfect time for planting seeds for future harvest, literally. Many gardeners having been taking steps to prepare by growing seedlings, making purchases, checking supplies, maybe adding in more or different plants and vegetables from what they did last year.
All to increase success of a bountiful harvest whether it is in beauty, supporting bees and butterflies or for food.
And what better time than to check in with yourself and see what you are planting in your life.
Checking-in is all about having a conservation with yourself, your whole self, every aspect of yourself, not just your mind. It means tapping into your subconscious as well as your inner child. Doing this can provide you with really valuable information.
Asking myself questions, often through what I refer to as Sessions with my Self, where I am both the doctor and the client/patient. Some people plan a coffee or tea day. Journaling is another way I do this.
The question I am currently pondering is “How am I showing up as a Leader in my own life?”
Some of the general ways I am showing up as a leader in my own life are:
holding myself accountable and asking for help when I need it
communicating regularly with myself
taking care of myself
taking responsibility for my actions with myself and others
Some of the more specific ways I am showing up as a leader are:
by leading conversations and discussions with patients and clients
by facilitating my safe space group S.O.A.R.
AND the newest and currently most exciting is as the leader and founder of Unapologetically You University on Clubhouse or Ux3.
And it is this newest endeavor that I invite you to join me on.
Is it time to step up as a leader? You have value to share with the world and leading a conversation or discussion on clubhouse and specifically in Unapologetically YOU University is one way to do it.
And it’s perfect time because I am looking for leaders and co-leaders to join me or on your own, even if you have never done it before.
If this sounds like you, join me here.
